All orders within Mauritius are shipped via Post of Mauritius. Once an order has been dispatched, delivery timelines and handling are subject to the policies, procedures and delivery schedules of  Post of Mauritius.

We are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused after the parcel has been handed over to Post of Mauritius. Customers will be provided with shipment details where applicable.
